2022第15場 Early Career Researchers [ECR] 線上短講，蔡穎杰博士將以被徵收戶的視角闡明土地徵收各階段的狀況，並以桃園市為例，分析土地徵收相關黑數 ☛ 現行法制缺乏保障民眾實質參與土地使用與土地徵收的規劃，因此導致土地使用與土地徵收的法定程序之中「黑幕重重」——蔡博士的研究建議政府落實民間主體參與當前國土開發案件，避免更多人權侵害。

The webinar explored cases of land expropriation from the evacuees’ perspectives. Dr. Tsai’s findings of land expropriation focus on the region of Taoyuan, Yilan, and Hsinchu. Dr. Tsai’s research points out that the land development data on Taoyuan City government’s website is misleading and uncompleted. Moreover, there is no real public involvement in urban planning implemented in land expropriation procedures. Dr. Tsai's research has the awareness of land in-/justice arisen.
