Talent Cultivation Science Lecture

This year marks the United Nations' International Year of Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development (IYBSSD). The Science Education Center of National Chung Cheng University has been promoting high-quality education in basic sciences in the Yunlin-Chiayi region for many years. This year, we are collaborating with the National Science Council's IYBSSDTaiwan to hold a series of high school activities as part of the \Talent Cultivation Science Lecture Series\ in the Yunlin-Chiayi region. We warmly welcome individuals interested in this subject, as well as teachers and students of all levels, to participate in these activities and attend the lectures online. Through these lectures, attendees will gain an understanding of the impact and contributions of basic scientific research to society, as well as learn how to advance technology while cherishing natural resources, and work towards the goal of sustainable development for our society.

The "Talent Cultivation Science Lecture" activity was organized by the National Chungistar University Science Education Center and the National Science Association IYBSSDTAIWAN, which aims to promote basic science and high -quality education, allow students to understand the impact and contribution of basic scientific research on society, and how to advance scientific and technological progress in science and technology progress. At the same time, learn to cherish the resources of nature and promote the goal of social development. This activity is mainly held for high school students in Yunjia area. It is carried out in two ways: lectures and online reading, so that more people have the opportunity to contact basic science education.

During the event, educators explained the importance of basic science to students and the role of scientific research in promoting social development. Students have thoroughly learned the concept of sustainable development, and explore how to achieve sustainable development through technological innovation and environmental protection methods. In addition, students have learned how to use modern technology and resources, as well as ways to get along with the environment.

Through this activity, students' understanding and understanding of basic science have been improved. They also understand the importance of science and technology and environmental protection to society, and experience the necessity of science and technology and environmental protection under the goal of sustainable development. These knowledge and experience have a positive impact on the future development of students, and also provide important guidance and revelation for their lives and learning.
