Science Festival for Rural Schools - Spin Non-Stop

Science Festival for Rural Schools - Spin Non-Stop: Teacher Tsai Zhengli and Professor Li Wanglong conducted fun science games and hands-on activities with students at Longtian Elementary School in rural areas of Taitung, Taiwan. The activities included distinguishing between raw and cooked eggs, spinning eggs, finding the center of gravity of a metal hoop, reversing a spinning top, balancing a broom upside down, and exploring rotational inertia. By engaging in hands-on activities, the students were able to experience the joy of science and immerse themselves in the subject, thus enhancing their inspiration towards science. This project was carried out in collaboration with the Graduate Institute of Science Education at National Taiwan Normal University and the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at National Cheng Kung University.

Result

This event was Professor Li Wanglong and the Yuanzhe Science Education Foundation, Teacher Cai Zhengli of the Yuanzhe Science Education Foundation, from the afternoon of November 27 to the township school in Taitung area-Longtian Elementary School. Participate in famous school children, let them understand the joy of science through hands, and immerse themselves in science to enhance the enlightenment of the school children to science.
